Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2
To ensure even coating, dredge the chicken wings in the flour mixture. First, coat them in the flour mixture, making sure they are evenly coated. Then, dip the chicken in milk and dredge it for a second time in the flour mixture. Finally, shake off any excess flour.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large, heavy pot to 375°F (190°C).
Step 4
Carefully add the chicken wings to the hot oil in batches, avoiding overcrowding. Fry for about 12-15 minutes or until the wings are golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Step 5
In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Stir in the Sweet & Hot Dipping Sauce, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Simmer for a few minutes, stirring well to combine.
Step 6
Toss the fried chicken wings in the Sweet & Hot Buffalo sauce until they are evenly coated.
Step 7
