Ingredients

8 oz (about 225g) of your favorite noodles (e.g., egg noodles, rice noodles)

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoon Sweet & Hot Dipping Sauce, adjust to taste

1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas), thinly sliced

2 green onions, sliced

2 tablespoons soy sauce, adjust to taste

1 teaspoon sesame oi

Optional toppings: Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

Step 1

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set them aside.
