Ingredients

For the Spicy Philli Cheesesteak

1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 large onion, thinly sliced

2 teaspoon Extra Hot Dipping Sauce

8 slices of provolone or cheddar

4 hoagie rolls or sub rolls

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is browned and cooked to your preferred level of doneness. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.

Step 3

In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced onions. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the onions are soft and caramelized. Adjust the cooking time if you prefer them to be crispier.

Step 4

Return the cooked steak to the skillet with the sautéed onions and add Extra Hot Dipping Sauce. Stir to combine and heat everything together for a few minutes.

Step 5

Preheat your broiler.

Slice the hoagie rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet.

Step 6

Divide the steak and onion mixture evenly among the hoagie rolls.

Top each sandwich with two slices of provolone or cheddar and drizzle some Extra Hot Dipping Sauce.

Step 7

Place the baking sheet with the sandwiches under the broiler for a few minutes, just until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the rolls are slightly toasted. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning.

Step 8

Remove the Spicy Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches from the broiler, and serve them hot.

Enjoy your Spicy Philly Cheesesteak.
