Ingredients
For the Meatballs:
1 pound (450 gr) ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 egg
1 tablespoon Extra Hot Dipping Sauce
1 tablespoon Extra Hot Dipping Sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Spicy Tomato Sauce:
1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 teaspoon Extra Hot Dipping Sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, egg, Extra Hot Dipping Sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
