2 racks of spareribs (approximately 4-5 pounds total)

1 tablespoon Extra Hot Dipping Sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup Sweet & Hot Dipping Sauce

1 cup barbecue sauce

2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons honey

2 cloves garlic, minced
